Terms

The agreement, in plain words

Terms of use

These terms apply to VOLTA, a game that runs inside Telegram. By using it you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the app.

Last updated 19 September 2026

VOLTA is the product formerly named VOLT. The same terms apply under either name, and the copy inside the app may still carry the older one.

What VOLTA is

VOLTA is a game. You operate a node, work a daily shift, and draw from a shared pool. A node is a licence to take part in the game and to use its features. It is not a security, a share, a deposit, or an investment product, and buying one is not an investment.

Nothing in VOLTA promises, guarantees or projects a return. What a node draws varies with the pool, with how much the whole player base is drawing, with your own activity, and with the price of SOL. It can be less than you put in. Any figure shown in the app describes what has already happened or what is currently true, never what will happen.

Experience points

Experience points are an in-game figure. They are not money, not a token, not a cryptocurrency, and they have no cash value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, bought back by us, or withdrawn. We may adjust how they are earned and what they cost to spend.

Your account

Your account is tied to your Telegram account and is yours alone. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure, and for your passcode if you set one. We cannot recover a passcode.

One person, one account. In particular you agree not to:

  • create or operate more than one account, or use somebody else’s;
  • use scripts, bots, emulators, or any automation to play, tap, watch ads, or complete tasks;
  • claim rewards for sponsored tasks you did not genuinely complete, or interfere with how completions are verified;
  • attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the service.

Deposits, balances and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are transactions on the Solana blockchain. They are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address, or from an exchange account that does not support the transfer, we cannot recover them.

Withdrawals are subject to the conditions shown in the app at the time, including any minimum amount, holding period and network fee. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, automation, or a breach of these terms, and where we are required to.

We are not a bank, a broker, an exchange or a custodian in any regulated sense, and holding a balance in VOLTA is not a deposit and is not protected by any deposit-guarantee scheme.

Risk

Cryptocurrency is volatile. The value of SOL can fall sharply, and a balance that is worth something today may be worth much less tomorrow. Blockchain networks can congest, fees can rise, and transactions can fail. Only take part with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of VOLTA, including its rates, caps, prices and features. We aim to give notice in the app for changes that materially affect balances already earned. The service is provided as it is, without warranty, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including for multiple accounts, automation, or fraudulent task completions. Where an account is closed for a breach, rewards obtained through that breach may be reversed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or expected rewards, for losses caused by blockchain networks or third-party services, or for losses arising from your Telegram account being compromised. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, and at least the age of majority where you live, to hold a balance or withdraw. You must not use VOLTA where doing so would breach the law that applies to you. [restricted territories, once counsel has advised, to be completed]
