Questions worth asking first.

What it pays, what it does not promise, and what happens to your machine and your balance. If an answer here disagrees with the app, the app is right.

What does a node pay?

It draws a share of one daily pot, in proportion to weight. Weight comes from what the machine carries and how long it has been running, so what any node draws on a given day depends on how many machines are running that day.

Which is why there is no rate on this site. The app publishes the rate before you buy, and publishes the pot, the total weight and your own share of it on the wallet screen, so the figure you were paid is one you can work out yourself.

Is this an investment?

No. A node is a licence to take part in a game and to use its features. It is not a security, a share, a deposit or an investment product, nothing about it is guaranteed, and what it draws can be less than what you paid. Only take part with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

What do I actually get paid in?

SOL. Not a token of ours, not points that need a listing to become anything. It lands in your balance as the machine draws it, and it leaves to an address you set.

Do I need to spend anything to start?

No. Ember runs with no term and no licence. It fills slower, wears faster and taps out a thousand times a day against a licensed machine’s six thousand, and what it banks is held apart from the balance a licensed machine pays into. It is a trial, designed to show you the loop rather than to be a living.

How much work is a day?

A licensed tank fills in two hours twenty-four minutes and then stops, so a day is several short visits rather than one long one. Six hundred taps clear a full tank. A day counts as worked when it passes two tests at settlement, on capture and on health.

What happens when the term ends?

The machine stops and the licence is spent. Everything it drew during the term is already yours, in your balance, as it landed. Nothing is held back to the end and nothing is returned at the end.

Why is my machine drawing less than it used to?

Most often health. Clearing the tank wears the chassis, health is a term in what a node draws, and a worn machine is a quieter one. Repairs are bought with XP. The other reason is the pot itself: your share moves with how much of the whole field is running.

What is XP for?

Repairs, capacity, multi-tap, energy and finishes. It is an in-game figure, not money: it has no cash value, it cannot be transferred between accounts, and it cannot be withdrawn.

Can I buy my way to the top?

Not to rank. Rank comes off badge rungs and touches nothing else anyway, and level, which does matter, is counted in qualifying shifts. A bigger machine draws more of the pot; it does not shorten either ladder.

How do withdrawals work?

To an address you set, behind a six digit code you set yourself. The least you can take out is 0.05 SOL and a withdrawal costs 2%. Most land on-chain in seconds; a newly added destination waits before it can be paid, and anything that looks like fraud or automation gets looked at by a person.

I sent SOL to the wrong address.

Deposits and withdrawals are ordinary Solana transactions. They are public, permanent and irreversible, and nobody can undo one. Check the address in the app before you send, and send from a wallet you control rather than from an exchange account.

What counts as a recruit?

Somebody who started from your link and then activated: four verified quests, three operating days, and either three thousand taps or a machine bought. Signing up is not one of the three. The app shows each recruit which of them is still outstanding.

Can I run more than one account?

No. One person, one account, and no scripts, bots or emulators. An account closed for that loses whatever the breach earned.

Who can play?

Anybody with Telegram who is at least 18 and at least the age of majority where they live, and where taking part does not breach the law that applies to them.

Where do I ask something that is not here?

The channel carries every change worth knowing about and is the fastest place to reach us. The app itself is where every figure in these answers is published.
